I worked at the time at Mac Donald and one evening after work not knowing what to do friend offers me that we go to a nightclub called the Folie’s Pigalle.
Once inside I immediately felt in my element as a fish that had spent 17 years out of the water. I returned to this nightclub tirelessly for nearly three years every Thursday night as a ritual we déguisions each week. The evenings were called “Baby’s Crazy”
This painting is a tribute to this slice of life engraved in me forever …
